(Bellingham, WA) — a U.S.-based supplier that subjects every production batch to independent third-party allergen testing using the AgraQuant® Crustacea ELISA kit (LOD: 0.9 ppb). Their standard specification requires nondetectable tropomyosin in all finished product helping ensure a high level of allergen safety.
